Planks in the platform of my campaign
As your new State Legislator in Harrisburg, I will represent you. I will be elected by you, and will always represent you, the population of the 6th district. My doors, phone, and email will always be open to you.
I will not have been elected by political leaders, special interest groups or major funders. For this reason, I will always listen and work with everyone to better facilitate the specific needs of the 6th District.
The 2 major issues of my platform are EDUCATION and BUSINESS which I feel are the backbone of any community. I have included some of my positions on issues that I feel most relate to the people of this district.

- Pennsylvania is one of the few energy rich states. We have coal, natural gas, water, wind, and solar resources right here in this great state.
- Even within the boundaries of the 6th district we are using these energy resources and should continue to. We need to be able to develop our resources and not be told by energy companies and Harrisburg what we can and can't do with our resources.
- Pennsylvania should continue to be an energy exporter but not at the expense of the citizens of the state.
- I believe that an extraction tax is a net positive to the economy in our energy rich state. This tax will draw in money needed for our infrastructure to support the energy industry as well as support the conservation efforts in the state. This tax would bring revenue in to the state from the many out of state mineral rights owners and the exports of our energy. Right now the only extraction tax that effects the cash flow in and out of Pennsylvania is the extraction taxes that some our residents pay to other states on their minerals rights that they have out of state.
Welfare & poverty
As a Republican Candidate I believe that our:
- Country is exceptional
- Constitution should be honored, valued, and upheld
- Leaders should serve people, not special interests
- Families and communities should be strong and free from government intrusion
- Institution of traditional marriage is the foundation of society
- Government should be smaller, smarter and more efficient
- Health care decisions should be made by us and our doctors
- Paychecks should not be wasted on poorly run government programs
- Military must be strong and prepared to defend our shores
- Culture should respect and protect life
- Children should be in schools supported by their communities
- Veterans should have the best care and opportunities in the world
- Social programs should help lift people out of poverty
- America should be energy independent
